Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AllThingsTiny, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds for Online Payments

For orders paid through online payment methods, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the refund is approved and processed from our end, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

 

Refund for Cash on Delivery 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the applicable delivery charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or refund, the refundable amount will exclude the delivery charges paid for the COD order.

The eligible refund amount will be issued as AllThingsTiny Store Credit. Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases on our website.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been damaged, washed, altered or used may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Certain products may be excluded from returns or refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Online payment: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-7 business days.

• Cash payment: Refund will be issued as AllThingsTiny Store Credit within 2-7 business days, valid for one year.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has successfully passed our quality inspection.

 

Exchanges

Where applicable, exchanges will be subject to product availability and our return/exchange conditions. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the applicable refund or store credit option will be provided as per the original payment method.

 

Important

We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
